RECO Capital is a private capital firm — not a bank. We make and arrange short-term bridge loans of $50,000 to $1,000,000, for up to 24 months, secured by real estate with meaningful equity. Loans may be funded by RECO Capital, its affiliates or participating private capital partners, and availability varies by state. Loans secured by a borrower's primary residence are consumer loans subject to additional federal and state disclosures and licensing, and are reviewed individually by a licensed advisor. Every request is reviewed personally and we fund a limited number of deals — a deal check is not an offer or commitment to lend. Rates from 9% to 24% depending on loan amount, structure, valuation, borrower, closing timing and due date; final terms follow underwriting.
